Yanilsa Nuñez is a dedicated Mindset Coach and the Founder and Director of Zion’s Butterflies, an organization committed to empowering women and teenagers to recognize their self-worth, build confidence, and strengthen their spiritual and financial foundation.

Through her work, Yanilsa supports individuals who struggle with self-esteem and a sense of belonging, guiding them to discover their true potential and live fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. Known affectionately as Coach Yani, she approaches her coaching with the warmth and wisdom of a big sister—helping women and young girls embrace who they are and develop the mindset and tools needed to create lasting success.

As an immigrant to the United States, Yanilsa experienced firsthand the challenges of adapting to new cultural, economic, emotional, and gender-related dynamics. These experiences shaped her resilience and deepened her passion for helping others overcome adversity and achieve personal and professional growth.

Yanilsa began her professional journey in human services, where she developed a strong commitment to community support and empowerment. In 2010, she transitioned into real estate, becoming a licensed agent and broker in Lawrence, Massachusetts, where she helped countless families achieve the dream of homeownership.

In 2021, she closed her brokerage to pursue her long-standing passion for personal development and life coaching. Today, she integrates her extensive life experience, education, and professional training to mentor and inspire others to understand that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, capable of transformation and greatness.

Yanilsa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Salem State University (Class of 2000). Beyond coaching, she extends her mission through her YouTube channel, Yani Nuñez WakeUp, where she continues to educate, motivate, and uplift women and young girls on their journey toward self-discovery and empowerment.
